Kristy

A little bit about me, well for starters I was never good at writing these ‘about me pages’!

I’m a simple girl in Southern Louisiana.  I don’t get dressed up very often.  I wear flip flops and short sleeves about 99% of the year.   I love to be lazy with my family.  Swimming, jets skis on the lake, and a crawfish or crab boil could be the perfect afternoon.  And I do love the occasional girls night out with my girlfriends.  I have been known to bust a move.

I graduated in Electrical Engineering and right after college I became a full time employee in corporate America. After all the school I went through and being employed for over 5 years working on the External Tank for the Space Shuttle, I decided to change professions. I made the decision to focus on my passion… photography.

There is nothing better than capturing the sweet moments in life.   I want to be able to capture images that trigger emotions and memories – the single moments in time to be treasured forever.

 

Jill

After over ten years in the photography industry, including running her own family and baby studio for four years, Jill is now joining the team at Kristy Silbernagel Photography. Jill uses a natural and fun approach with each child and family to give you a relaxed and fun session. Because of the gorgeous Louisiana landscapes and textures, Jill shoots on-location only which gives a very natural look to your portraits. Jill is a mother of two and knows exactly what it takes to get your family the images you desire.

 

 

 

 

Melanie

Did you recently contact our studio? If so, there’s a great chance that Melanie answered your email or returned your call. Melanie is our incredibly awesome assistant who helps keep us on top of things. You will usually find her behind the scenes answering emails, contacting clients, bookkeeping, updating schedules, and so much more! And if you attend one of our mini-session events, you may be lucky enough to find her working behind the counter at the studio!
